3.1 Billing
You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
3.3 Refunds
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
3.4 Overage Charges
If you exceed your plan's included minutes, additional minutes will be billed at the rate specified in your plan. You will be notified when approaching your limit.

5.1 Our IP
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Akol and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you provide to the Service. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service.
5.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without compensation or attribution to you.

We target 99.9% uptime for our Service. See our SLA for details on service level targets and exclusions.
8Disclaimers
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN OUR SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The uptime target referenced in Section 7 is a service level objective, not a warranty. Service credits for downtime are available as described in our SLA.
9Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AKOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
10Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data for 30 days after termination.
11Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
