As part of delivering our AI voice receptionist services, Akol engages certain third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to assist with data processing activities. Each sub-processor is carefully vetted and contractually bound to:

• Process data only on documented instructions from Akol
• Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
• Assist with data subject rights requests
• Delete or return all personal data upon termination
• Submit to audits and inspections as required

We will notify customers of any changes to this sub-processor list at least 30 days before a new sub-processor begins processing personal data. Notifications are sent via:

• Email to your account's primary contact
• In-app notification in your dashboard
• Updates to this page with the new "Last updated" date

We recommend bookmarking this page and checking back periodically. You can also subscribe to our changelog for updates.

If you have reasonable data protection concerns about a new sub-processor, you may object within the 30-day notice period. To object:

1. Email [email protected] with your objection
2. Clearly state your specific data protection concerns
3. We will work with you in good faith to address the concern

If we cannot resolve the objection and you wish to terminate, you may do so without penalty as described in our Data Processing Agreement.
